The opportunity

Turn a foothold into a footprint.

Atiom closes the gap between brand promise and customer experience — the performance platform that gets frontline teams prepared, practised and performing. Our largest customers are global groups with many brands and hundreds of sites; the opportunity inside each is enormous.

You'll own those relationships — protecting and growing the book, expanding rollouts brand by brand and region by region, and being the partner senior stakeholders trust. Expansion is the engine, and you'll run it.

What you'll do

The role, in three parts.

Own the relationship

Be the trusted partner to global groups — building credibility with senior, head-office stakeholders and staying close to how each operator actually runs.

Expand the footprint

Grow each account across brands, sites and regions — turning a successful pilot into a portfolio-wide standard.

Retain and renew

Protect the book and tie it to outcomes — so renewals are a formality and growth compounds.

What we're looking for

A relationship-builder who grows accounts.

  • Account management or expansion experience — ideally enterprise SaaS, ideally service-first or hospitality.
  • Senior relationship-building — you've earned trust with head-office and executive stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen — you find and close upsell and renewal, and forecast it honestly.
  • Multi-region perspective — comfortable expanding across brands, sites and geographies.
  • Hands-on with AI — you use it in your own workflow to stay ahead of a large book.
  • Ownership — you treat your accounts like your own business.
