So we started with the science. Atiom was founded in 2020 by Matt Spriegel, Ali Nosrati and Devin Licastro, built on the principles of habit formation and spaced repetition — the idea that real capability comes from small, repeated practice, not a course someone finished once. Standards become muscle memory when they are rehearsed, not when they are filed.
That is still the work. We give operators one system to prepare their teams, build the daily habits that hold a standard, and see whether the brand promise is being delivered — across every site, every shift.
