This is a senior, hands-on role: roughly 70% direct enterprise selling — closing new business with global hospitality and service-first groups — and 30% building the engine behind it: the playbooks, pipeline discipline and structure that let the motion scale. You'll work directly with the founders, and what you sell reaches the floor.
Own high-value closing with new enterprise prospects — engaging executive buyers at global service-first groups, running complex multi-stakeholder cycles end to end, and turning each one into a repeatable play.
Stand up the foundations: CRM workflows and pipeline discipline, forecasting the team can trust, and the AI-assisted tooling that lets a lean team sell like a much larger one.
Start as a player-coach carrying the bag. As the motion proves out, hire and develop the sales team — shifting from doing the work to building the people who do it.
