Own Atiom's commercial growth end to end — closing enterprise deals with the world's service-first brands, and building the sales engine behind them.

The opportunity

Carry the number — and build the engine.

Atiom closes the gap between brand promise and customer experience — the performance platform that helps service-first brands get their frontline teams prepared, practised and performing. The product is proven and the demand is real; the next step is a commercial leader to own how we grow.

This is a senior, hands-on role: roughly 70% direct enterprise selling — closing new business with global hospitality and service-first groups — and 30% building the engine behind it: the playbooks, pipeline discipline and structure that let the motion scale. You'll work directly with the founders, and what you sell reaches the floor.

What you'll do

The role, in three parts.

Close enterprise deals (≈70%)

Own high-value closing with new enterprise prospects — engaging executive buyers at global service-first groups, running complex multi-stakeholder cycles end to end, and turning each one into a repeatable play.

Build the sales engine (≈30%)

Stand up the foundations: CRM workflows and pipeline discipline, forecasting the team can trust, and the AI-assisted tooling that lets a lean team sell like a much larger one.

Grow the team

Start as a player-coach carrying the bag. As the motion proves out, hire and develop the sales team — shifting from doing the work to building the people who do it.

What we're looking for

An elite closer who's also a builder.

  • Enterprise closing experience — you've owned six-figure-ACV deals through long, multi-stakeholder cycles.
  • A genuine builder — you've stood up sales process and structure, not just worked inside someone else's.
  • The operators' world — hospitality or service-first SaaS / technology experience is strongly preferred.
  • Commercial buyers — you've carried a quota selling to operations and commercial leadership with real budget ownership.
  • Hands-on with AI — you use it in your own workflow to move faster, not just talk about it.
  • Player-coach — happy to close the first deals yourself, then build the team that scales them.
