Design the systems behind the experience: the orchestration, prompting and evaluation that make AI practice feel real, reliable and genuinely useful on the floor.
Establish the patterns, conventions and AI-assisted development workflow the team builds on — turning a high-velocity, AI-first way of working into shipped, dependable software.
