Turn a rollout into a result.

Atiom closes the gap between brand promise and customer experience — the performance platform that gets frontline teams prepared, practised and performing. Buying it is the easy part; making it a daily habit across every site, shift and region is the work — and that's customer success.

You'll own that journey for some of the world's most demanding brands: onboard them, drive adoption, and turn deployments into the behaviour change and outcomes they signed up for. Close to the customer, close to the work.

What you'll do

The role, in three parts.

Onboard and launch

Take new brands from kickoff to live on the floor — configuring Atiom to how each operator actually runs and setting them up to succeed from day one.

Drive adoption

Make Atiom a daily habit across sites, shifts and regions — spotting where engagement dips, and working with operators to keep the standard showing up.

Prove the outcome

Tie what teams do on Atiom to the customer-experience and business outcomes clients already track — and use that story to renew and expand.

What we're looking for

A customer-obsessed operator.

  • Customer success or account management experience — ideally in SaaS, and ideally for service-first or hospitality brands.
  • Onboarding and adoption chops — you've taken customers live and made software stick.
  • Comfort with data — you can turn usage into an outcomes story a client believes.
  • Multi-stakeholder relationships — from frontline managers to head-office sponsors.
  • Hands-on with AI — you use it in your own workflow to work faster and smarter.
  • A service ethos — you genuinely care that the brand promise shows up for the guest.
